HEN DANCE PARTIES

Yes! Let us know when you are booking where you are for us to prepare. For out of London bookings there is an additional charge to cover our travel.

You have to pay 50% if cancelled 14 days prior to booking date. Less than 14 days will be charged at 100% of the total fee. (See T&C’s) 

No Problem! We can change your package and you pay the difference before the day of your Hen Party. *Please note: Changes you want to make to your package will incur an amendment fee.

• Our terms and conditions must be agreed upon for all bookings. Regardless of whether the booking was taken over the phone or through our booking system.
• Strictly a maximum of 20 adults allowed per party, unless agreed by us in writing. No additional guests added without discussion. Additional guest may be added at the price quoted per person (£20pp)
• A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are 50% and must be paid within 5 days from receipt of your booking form. Please ensure you obtain confirmation of payment. Please also email us once you’ve paid, so we can confirm receipt of payment. The remaining 50% is to be paid within 72 hours of the hen party date.
• Our pricing is based on 1 dance teacher for parties with max 10. An assistant is provided for 10+ adults. If you would like additional teachers do let us know in advance. Teacher:pupil ratio is reflected in our prices
• Correct party information (including party date, time, address and character) must be provided at time of booking. Any essential information that is not provided may result in the cancellation of booking.
• NLSDA is not liable for any costs associated with your party outside that of your entertainer.
• You acknowledge that all risks associated with your party are borne by yourself. NLSDA accepts no liability for accidental damage or injury to property or persons.
• NLSDA reserves the right to make changes to party format, including equipment used and games played.
• Deposits non-refundable. However, we are extremely flexible in liaising with you to make sure we meet your needs – e.g. If you need a date change we will try our best to find alternative date based on availability.
• Force Majeure – We accept no liability for any party lateness or cancellations related to Force Majeure (for example extreme weather, national emergencies etc). You will only ever be charged for the amount of time your dance teacher is at your party.
• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will incur a 50% fine (deposit). cancellations less than 14 days will be charged at 100% of the total fee.
• Cancellation fees apply per person if the group booking falls before the minimum booking fee regardless of party size. Cancellation due to Covid are nonrefundable
• We cannot make your party members join in with the dance – NLSDA are not responsible for any participants that do not wish to take part in the activities provided.
• Each party includes an accessory option that will be decided on at time of booking (flashing light rings/long black gloves/face masks)  They are property of NLSDA and cannot be taken away at the end of your party. Any damages will incur a £2.50 fine per damaged item.
• All adult hen parties are 18+ events.  Please get in touch if you have anyone under the age of 18 in your party.
• We do not encourage alcohol consumption during the dance party as this could lead to dehydration, but after the session is deemed ok, as long as the venue you hire agrees and it is responsible consumption. To be discussed 30 days prior to event date.
